Who can use DepositGuard?

If you are a member of the Residential Landlords Association, please use DepositGuard via the RLA's website.

Use this checklist to see if you are eligible to use DepositGuard:

Are you...

  • A member of an approved landlord accreditation scheme?*
  • The owner of the property?
  • Named as the landlord on the tenancy agreement?
  • Protecting less than £25,000 of deposits?
  • If protecting as a limited company, are you domiciled in the UK?

e.g. London Landlords Accreditation Scheme etc.

If you answered yes to these questions then you are eligible to join DepositGuard.

TDS provides alternative membership for letting agents, unaccredited landlords, landlords with over £25,000 of deposits, and housing associations. Find out more.
